Returns
For all return items: If you are not satisfied with your CosmeSearch purchase, the product(s) must be returned to the address listed below within 30 days since the merchandise was delivered. All products must be returned including any accessories, with a copy of the invoice/packing slip. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@cosmesearch.com.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day window expires. You can start a return or cancellation request directly through your account at https://shopify.com/56922046543/account, or contact us at shop@cosmesearch.com.
Once you have notified us, you must return the items within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
We will refund you the price of the products plus the cost of standard outbound shipping. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned items or proof of shipment, whichever comes first, using your original payment method.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to certain products, including opened cosmetics or hygiene products, personalized items, or other goods exempt under EU law. Please contact us if you have questions about whether your item qualifies.
